As a patient of PNW Family Medicine, you get so much more than just primary care, you get a Premier Healthcare Experience.
Only patients who sign up, either using our easy online secure site or by phone with our membership specialist, will be able to schedule visits. Patients will be required to pay a membership fee that will allow the doctor-patient relationship to meet healthy goals by providing care not covered by insurance alone.

membership pricing
- Adults – $1,500 per year
- Children (under 18) – $750 per year.
- Membership fee applies to services that are not covered by your regular insurance or Medicare.
- Membership does not replace the need for your regular medical insurance.
- Membership is limited. Once our membership panel is full, you will be placed on a waitlist, and may need to seek care elsewhere while waiting.
